Dual Boot (Window + Linux) အသံုးျပဳသူမ်ားအတြက္ bootloader နဲ႔ပတ္သက္တဲ့ျပႆနာဟာ မၾကာၾကာ ေတြ႕ႏိုင္႔
ပါတယ္။႔
ဥပမာ.. Linux OS အင္စေတာလုပ္ျပီးတဲ့အခ်ိန္မွာ Window ဖက္ကျပန္ဖြင့္လိုက္ရင္ Window boot မတက္ႏိုင္တဲ့ျပႆ႔
နာေတြရမွာပဲ။ အဲဒီျပႆနာကိုေျဖရွင္းႏိုင္ေအာင္ ဒီပို႔စ္ကိုတင္ေပးျခင္းျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ Bootloader ျပန္ေဖၚတဲ့ေနရာမွာ႔
Window OS အလိုက္ကြဲျပားမႈေတြရွိပါတယ္။ XP အတြက္ရယ္ Vista/ 7 ရယ္ဆုိျပီး နွစ္မ်ိဳးမွတ္ထားလိုက္ပါ။ အဲဒီႏွစ္မ်ိဳးစ႔
လံုးအတြက္ လုပ္နည္းကိုေအာက္မွာေရးျပသြားမွာပါ။႔
 

Windows XP bootloader ကို Restore လုပ္ေဆာင္နည္း
ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႕ အရင္ဆံုး Windows XP installation CD လိုအပ္ပါတယ္။ ရၿပီဆိုရင္ ကြန္ျပဴတာကို အဲကေန Boot တက္႔
လိုက္ပါ။ အဲလို Boot တက္လိုက္ရင္ Windows XP CD ကေနၿပီး repair ဒါမွမဟုတ္ recover လုပ္မွာလား ဆိုၿပီး ေမးတဲ့႔
အပိုင္းကို ေတြ႕ပါလိမ့္မယ္။ အဲတာကိုလုပ္ေဆာင္ဖို႕ "r" ကိုႏွိပ္ပါ။ Windows XP administrator password ေပးထား႔
တယ္ဆိုရင္ သူက ထည့္ေပးဖို႕ ေတာင္းပါလိမ့္မယ္ ထည့္ေပးလိုက္ပါ။ အဲတာၿပီးတာနဲ႕ သူက ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႕ကို command
line ရွိရာဆီ ေခၚသြားပါလိမ့္မယ္။ အဲ့ဒီ့ေနရာမွာ ေအာက္ေဖာ္ျပပါ commands ကို ရိုက္ထည့္ၿပီး Enter ေပးပါ -

 fixboot 
 fixmbr ၿပီးသြားရင္

ဒါကို ရိုက္ပါ။ exit

Windows XP CD ကို ထုတ္ၿပီး Restart ေပးလိုက္ပါ။ အားလံုး အဆင္ေျပတယ္ဆိုရင္ XP bootloader ျပန္အ လုပ္လုပ္ၿပီး Windows XP ထဲ ျပန္ဝင္လို႕ ရပါလိမ့္မယ္။

Windows Vista ဒါမွမဟုတ္ 7 bootloader ကို Restore လုပ္ေဆာင္နည္း
ဒီလုပ္ငန္းစဥ္ကို လုပ္ေဆာင္ဖို႕ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႕ အရင္ဆံုး Windows Vista/7 installation DVD လိုအပ္ပါတယ္။ ရၿပီဆိုရင္
ကြန္ျပဴတာကို အဲကေန Boot တက္လိုက္ပါ။ တကယ္လို႕ recovery disk ေတြရွိရင္ ပံုစံတူ သေဘာတရားတူ လုပ္ေဆာင္
လုပ္လို႕ ရပါတယ္။  အဲကေန Boot တက္လိုက္လို႕ Regional settings ကိုေရာက္ၿပီ ဆိုရင္ Location/Keyboard
setting ကို ေရြးေပးၿပီး next ကိုသြားပါ။
 
 ေနာက္စာမ်က္ႏွာမွာ "Repair your computer." ကို ႏွိပ္ရပါမယ္။
 
 အဲကေန ေနာက္စာမ်က္ႏွာမွာ ေအာက္ေဖာ္ျပပါအတိုင္း Windows Vista/7 installation တစ္ခုခုကို ေတြ႕ပါလိမ့္မယ္။
ဘာ ကိုမွာ မေရြးပဲ Next ကို ဆက္သြားပါ။


 ေအာက္မွာ ေဖာ္ျပထားတဲ့ အတိုင္း ေအာက္ဆံုးမွာ ရွိေနတဲ့ "Command prompt" ကို click ေပးပါ။ ေနာက္ၿပီးရင္ ေအာက္
ေဖာ္ျပပါ command ေတြကို ရိုက္ေပးၿပီး Enter ေခါက္ပါ။

bootrec /fixboot 
bootrec /rebuildbcd

 ၿပီးရင္ Windows ေတြအားလံုးကို ပိတ္ၿပီး "Restart" ေပးပါ။ ထည့္ထားတဲ့ Vista/7 DVD ျပန္ထုတ္ပါ။ အားလံုး အဆင္ေျပ
တယ္ဆိုရင္ Windows Vista/7 Bootloader ျပန္အလုပ္လုပ္ၿပီး Windows Vista/7 ထဲ ျပန္ဝင္လို႕ ရပါလိမ့္မယ္။

Window နဲ႔ Linux {Dual Boot} ႏွစ္မ်ိဳးတင္ထားတဲ့ ကြန္ပ်ဴတာမ်ား Window Installing တင္ျပီးတဲ့ေနာက္ Linux
ျပန္မတက္လာတာမ်ိဳးျဖစ္တတ္ပါတယ္။ အဲဒါကေတာ့ Grub ေၾကာင့္ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ က်ေနာ္လဲ အဲဒီအတြက္နဲ႔ လြယ္တယ္
ဆိုေပမယ့္ ေတာ္ေတာ္အခ်ိန္ေပးလိုက္ရတယ္။


အဲဒီ Grub ျပန္ေပၚေအာင္ လုပ္နည္းေလးကေတာ့ live CD of Ubuntu Karmic (Lucid will work too – or any other
Linux distribution which uses Grub2) လိုအပ္မွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ သုိ႔ေသာ္ က်ေနာ္က Linux Mint သံုးတယ္ဆိုေတာ့
သူ႔ CDနဲ႔ပဲ ျပန္ျပီး Grub ေပၚေအာင္လုပ္တယ္။

လုပ္နည္း
(၁) Terminal ကိုဖြင့္ပါ
(၂) sudo fdisk -| ရိုက္ထည့္ျပီး Enter
(၃) sudo mount /dev/sda1 /mnt ရိုက္ထည့္ျပီး Enter (sda1 ဆိုတဲ့ေနရာမွာ မိမိ Linuxရဲ႕ Partition ရွိတဲ့ေနရာကို ေရြးရ
မွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ဥပမာ-sda2/ sda3/ sda4/ sda5/ sda6 စသည္ေပါ့။ က်ေနာ့္ကြန္ပ်ဴတာက sad6 ဆိုေတာ့ သူနဲ႔ကိုက္တဲ့
sda6 ကိုပဲေရြးလိုက္ပါတယ္။
(၄) sudo grubinstall -–root-directory=/mnt/ /dev/sda ရိုက္ထည့္ျပီး Enter
(5)sudo update-grub အဲဒါေတြအားလံုးျပီးရင္ မိမိကြန္ပ်ဴတာကို Shut Down လုပ္ပါ ျပီးေတာ့ ျပန္ဖြင့္...Grubအတြက္

Application:
1. Choosing a product in the list, we click 'Patch'.

How to update?
