အေစာၾကီး iPhone 5s ကို ၀ယ္ခဲ႔ၾကတဲ႔ ဦးဦး ေဒၚေဒၚ ကိုကို မမ တို႔ ဟာ ေမွ်ာ္လင္႔ မထားတဲ႔ “SIM Not Valid” ဆိုတဲ႔ error message ကို ျမင္လိုက္ရေတာ႔ သူတို႔ ရင္ထဲမွာ iPhone နဲ႔ေ၀းသြားသလို႔ ခံစားလိုက္ရပါတယ္တဲ႔။

Verizon Sim Card နဲ႔ ကို iPhone 5s မွာ သံုးခဲ႔ တဲ႔ သူတိုင္းဟာ အခုလို႔ ျပတဲ႔ error message ကို ျမင္႔ေတြ႔ခဲ႔ၾကရပါတယ္။

“The SIM card that you currently have inserted in this iPhone is from a carrier that is not supported under the activation policy that is currently assigned by the activation server.”


Activation Server က ခြင္႔ျပဳ ထားတဲ႔ Policy အရ ယခုထည့္သြင္းလိုက္တဲ႔ Carrier က SIM card ကို Support မလုပ္ပါဘူး လို႔ ေတြ႔ရွိခဲ႔ၾကရတယ္။



“This is not a hardware issue with the phone. Please insert another SIM card from a supported carrier or request that this iPhone be unlocked by your carrier. Please contact Apple for more information.”


၄င္းဟာ Hardware ေၾကာင္႔ မဟုတ္ပါဘူး။ အျခားေသာ SIM card ထည့္သြင္းပါ။ သို႔မဟုတ္ သင္႔ရဲ႕ Carrier ကေန iPhone ကို unlock လုပ္ေပးဖို႔ request ေတာင္းပါ။ ေနာက္ထပ္ information အတြက္ Apple ကို ဆက္သြယ္ဖို႔ လိုပါတယ္ လို႔ ဆက္လက္ေျပာဆိုထားပါေသးတယ္။


iPhone 5s သံုးသူ အမ်ား စုက ေတာ႔ ၄င္းစားကို ေတြျမင္ေနရေသာ္လည္း ၄င္း ျပႆနာအတြက္ အေျဖေသာ္လည္းေကာင္း၊ ဘာေၾကာင္႔ ျဖစ္တာလဲ ဆိုတာကို စဥ္းစားလို႔ မရျဖစ္ေနၾကတယ္လို႔ သိရပါတယ္။

သို႔ေပမဲ႔ အခ်ိဳ႕ Verison Sim Card မ်ားဟာ မွာယူျပီးသည္ႏွင္ ခ်က္ခ်င္း Activate ျဖစ္သြားတာ ေတြ႔ ရွိတဲ႔ အတြက္ Verison က System ရဲ႕ Unit အားလံုးကို activate မလုပ္ရေသးလို႔ ျဖစ္ႏိုင္ပါတယ္။

Apple အေနနဲ႔ ၄င္း iPhone 5s ႏွင္႔ iPhone 5c ကို 2 year wireless contract နဲ႔ ေရာင္းသလို unlock အေနနဲ႔လည္း ေရာင္းခဲ႔ပါတယ္။

ႏိုင္ငံ အမ်ားစုမွာေတာ႔ iPhone 5s က သူတို႔ Operator ေတြနဲ႔ အလုပ္လုပ္ေနတယ္လို႔ သိရွိထားရပါတယ္။
